1/8in lip catches on mat to prevent slipping. Lip is easily removed to position ruler as desired. Highlighted outer edges reduce cutting errors when trimming 1/4in seam allowances. Numbers and marks highlighted for easy reading and accrate cuts. Includes 45 & 60 angle lines.
