Assorted 2 1/2 inch Strips
We will be going over the instructions to create a lap (51x68”) sized quilt top, but the directions include sizing down to a crib or increasing all the way up to a king sized quilt.
This will be a one day class, and the pattern is available in the Stripology Mixology 1 book by Gundrun, available at Bits and Pieces.
Materials for Lap size
24 – 10 inch squares of a colored fabric (med or dark value)
24 – 10 inch squares of a white or light colored fabric
Binding ½ yard (7 strips at 2 ¼ “)
Rotary cutter and mat
Fabric marking pencil or chalk
Stripology squared ruler (or a large sq ruler for squaring up 10 inch blocks and a rectangular ruler at least 12 inches long)
