Description

Join us to Sew Stella Use your own rulers, or learn to speed up the process by using The Stripology Squared ruler to make this stunning quilt top. The top shown is made with our Laurel Burch 10" Squares, and a white- on-white background. We will be going over the instructions to create a lap (51x68”) sized quilt top, but the directions include sizing down to a crib or increasing all the way up to a king sized quilt. This will be a one day class, and the pattern is available in the Stripology Mixology 1 book by Gundrun, available at Bits and Pieces. Materials for Lap size 24 – 10 inch squares of a colored fabric (med or dark value) 24 – 10 inch squares of a white or light colored fabric Binding ½ yard (7 strips at 2 ¼ “) Rotary cutter and mat Pins Fabric marking pencil or chalk Thread Snipping scissors Stripology squared ruler (or a large sq ruler for squaring up 10 inch blocks and a rectangular ruler at least 12 inches long)
