This is a reservation Fee for the Happy Hallows Block of the Month. Starting in Janurary 2025. 2 Options avaiable : Monthly Block of the Month- receive two blocks every month and have the top done by the end of June, ready for quilting and bound by Halloween. Fee counts towards last BOM. This is a six month program.
