2026 New England Quilt Expo (NEQE) Entry Information

We are excited to invite you to share your beautiful work! We are now accepting entries for the 2026 New England Quilt Expo.

Please Note: Submitted quilts must not have been previously displayed at any past NEQE show.

💰 Entry Fees

The entry fee for most quilts is $20.00, which covers up to five (5) quilts.

Free Entry Categories:

  • Kids Quilts (Entrant must be under 16 years old).
  • BNP Longarm Challenge (Requires purchase of the $15 Challenge Pattern).
  • Participating Quilt Guild Member (The guild must have a table at the show and agreed to provide volunteers).

Important: After payment, wait for a second email that will contain your payment code that you’ll need in Step 2.

🧵 Quilt Preparation & Requirements

Hanging Sleeve Requirement

All quilts entered must be prepared with a 4-inch hanging sleeve. This ensures your quilt hangs flat and securely.

Labeling

All quilts must be labeled for clear identification.

Awards

Quilts at NEQE are not formally judged, but they are eligible to be presented with a Vendor/Educator Choice Award ribbon.

Quilt for Sale Option

If you wish to sell your quilt during the show, please select the "Quilt for Sale" option during your submission.

  • A placard with a "For Sale" sign and your contact information will be placed on the quilt.
  • There is a nominal $10.00 charge for displaying a quilt for sale.

🚚 Drop-off & Pick-up Logistics

Drop-off

Please choose one of the following options:

  • Main Drop-off: Tuesday, April 8th, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Expo Center, Manchester NH.
  • Early Drop-off: Sunday, March 29th, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Bits N' Pieces classroom in Pelham NH.

Pick-up

  • Pick-up is scheduled for Saturday, April 12th, after 4:00 PM.
  • Note: Quilts cannot be handed out until all quilts have been taken down and prepared for distribution.
