Description: Fractured Wedge, one of the hottest Kalidecope style quilted blocks has gained popularity again. Come learn to easily piece this 12” Fractured Wedge Block using Deb Tucker’s Studio 180 Design Tool, Wedge Star, with Certified Studio 180 Design Instructor, Nicole Merriam, Heart of a Quilter.
In this class, Nicole will teach the technique known as the Fractured Wedge to simplistically walk students step by step through the process to create a perfectly pieced block with sharp precise points. Nicole will also give a short lecture during this class sharing the many possible variations of this block used in popular patterns today.
