Description: What’s a Midi Mondo you say?
The Midi Mondo (little sister to the Mondo) is a catch-all bag that measures about 8" square on the bottom and 12" high designed by Quiltsmart. The exterior is pieced using 2 ½” squares making it a great place to use Charm Packs, Mini Charm Packs, left over jelly roll strips or your scraps!
The Quiltsmart pattern includes instructions and 2 sheets of pre-printed fusible interfacing enough to make 2 Midi Mondo Bags! The pre-printed interfacing shows where to place your squares to create your own one-of-a-kind design. Fuse down the squares and follow the stitching lines to construct your bag. Quiltsmart has made it super easy!!

Required for class:
- Quiltsmart Midi Mondo Bag instructions and pre-printed fusible interfacing
- 108 pieces of 2 ½” squares of fabric
(which can be10 strips of 2 ½” x WOF -OR- 1 Charm Pack -OR- 3 Mini Charm Packs)
- ¾” yard for Lining
- ¾” yard fusible fleece batting or for a studier bag By Annie’s Soft & Stable
Bring your sewing machine, thread, any sewing notions you typically use.
Also bring a 12”x24” piece of 100% cotton batting (if you have it – I’ll bring some too)
Skill Level: Beginner
