All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and completely smoke‑free. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund. Books and patterns are not eligible for return.
If a coupon code or gift certificate is not entered correctly at checkout, the value will be issued as store credit.
