U.S. orders of $125 or more ship free unless otherwise noted. Rates for orders below $125 are listed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

Most U.S. orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on the weight, destination, and overall shipping efficiency.

We ship to select international destinations. Eligible countries and final costs appear at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout when applicable.

Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days within the United States, 7 to 14 business days to Canada and Mexico, and 10 to 21 business days to other eligible international destinations. These are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Most items may be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and completely smoke-free. Approved returns are issued as store credit after the items are received and inspected.

For fabric returns, contact us first for a Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Books and patterns are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes. We are an authorized Handi Quilter dealer serving the New England area, and we both sell and service the machines.

We do. Bring us your finished top and we will quilt it for you. Call the shop to talk through timing, batting and the design you have in mind.

Yes, we rent longarm machine time. It is a good option if you want to quilt your own top but do not have a longarm at home.

Yes. Gift certificates are available on our website and are a safe bet when you are not sure which fabric someone wants.
