These are estimates from zone 8 here in New Hampshire. We adjust every order by hand and keep your shipping as low as we reasonably can, so if the actual cost comes in lower, you pay the lower amount.

We ship USPS Priority or UPS depending on the weight and cost of your order. Most orders go USPS because they deliver on Saturdays and usually arrive faster. Alaska and Hawaii cannot ship via UPS.

Yes. We ship worldwide through Priority Mail International, which reaches more than 190 countries and typically takes 6 to 10 business days.

The flat rate envelope is $9.50 to Canada and Mexico and $11.00 to other countries, with a 4 pound weight limit.

As a rough guide, 2 1/2 yards of quilting cotton weighs about a pound, and we can usually fit around 5 yards into a Priority envelope. Flannel is bulkier, so it takes up more room than the yardage suggests.

Medium flat rate boxes start at $11.00 for US domestic orders and hold up to 70 pounds.

Yes. We offer a 100% no hassle 30 day return policy on most orders. Your refund is issued once we have the items back.

Returned items need to be in their original packaging, unused, and 100% smoke free. Anything that does not meet those conditions cannot be refunded.
