Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer a 100% no‑hassle, 30‑day return policy on most orders. All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and completely smoke‑free. Items that do not meet these standards are not eligible for return or refund.
Books and patterns are non‑returnable due to copyright regulations.
If a coupon code or gift certificate is not entered correctly at checkout, the value will be issued as store credit.
Fabric Returns & Exchanges
If there is an issue with your fabric, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.
Fabric must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
All return credits will be issued in the form of store credit.
